The onsite restaurant at African Hills Safari Lodge & Spa can be found in our main lodge complex overlooking a dam often frequented by wildlife. A hearty buffet breakfast with hot and cold options offers the perfect start to the day and light snacks from an a la carte menu are available over lunch. At night, the cosy dining room is transformed into a candlelit sanctuary serving up a 3-course dining experience from an ever-evolving menu.

The 6800 hectare Plumari Private Reserve is home to an abundance of exquisite flora and fauna, including more than 80 different types of mammals and over 350 bird species. Wildlife present on the reserve include elephants, rhino, lions, buffalo, leopard, sable, eland, wildebeest and giraffe. Nestled in the shadow of the Magaliesberg mountains, it is an area steeped in history, and home to some of the country’s most fascinating San rock engravings.
